820mm is easily and convenient for handling and installation.In order to meet up ocean shipping standards,our length limitation is 5.85m for 20FT,and 11.85m for 40FT.Based on material feature,thickness for color steel coils or galvanized steel coils is 0.15-1.0mm.For stainess steel,thickness range is 0.40-0.80mm.Aluminum alloy metal sheets is 0.70 /0.80 /0.90/ 1.0mm.

2)Installation notes:

☆Please wear gloves,when cutting or installing corrugated steel sheets;
☆Make sure clean on gloves or hand,otherwise it will be easily mark on galvanized or galvalume or aluminum sheets;
☆Using tin snips for cutting;
☆If it's long length,please use steel cutting blade or power nibbler to cut;
☆Take care for end cutting and make it clean.

3)Sealant applying:

Always apply a sealant bead along a continuous line along the centerline of the fastener hole. This ensures that the sealant can seal the fastener during compression.
Be careful not to entrainment air when using sealants. In particular, do not place a ring of sealant around the fastener hole, because the air entrained in the fastener during fastening will compress and may cause the passage to blow through the sealant, which will hinder the fastener seal.
Through practice, you will be able to judge the size of beads, so as to avoid extrusion and subsequent cleaning.
Unsolidified sealants can be removed with a clean dry rag and then dipped slightly in mineral turpentine or liquor. It is best to remove excess curing sealants with plastic scrapers to avoid damaging metal surfaces.
Avoid any unnecessary sealant on the surface of paint, because silica gel will affect the adhesion of coatings.
Smear the sealant can be handled by gently cleaning the area with a nonmetallic scrubbing medium.

Maintance for steel sheets
 

Original design, environment of the installation, and maintenance of
the installation is the three main factors that effects on metal sheets lifetime.Maintenance is the biggest factor,so please read the followign details:
 Every 3 months regular inspection for problems,so we could avoid they become major corrosion reason;
 Place near coastal or industrial influences need every 3month regular washing down;
Remove leaves and other debris from drains, downpipes, guards, tanks, holes and other overflows;
 Keep no soil, concrete and debris near the wall;
Do not spray pesticides excessively.
 

 

Color steel sheets transport handling & storage:

1. Before unloading all the wall cladding materials,they must be checked.Please refer to related orders and delivery notes to make sure all the materials are in correct quantities and lengths.If any discrepancies,please record immediately on the proof and notice us by e-mail or calling;
2. We suggest using forklift or telescopic forklift to unload steel sheets. When using fork or driving on uneven ground,please be careful not to wrap or damage the floor.One time only advise to unload one package;
3. When discharging manually, make sure that proper operators wear enough protective clothing, gloves and shoes at hand. Please note that unloading is the responsibility of the customer;
4. If possible, wall claddings are better to be offloaded to the area where they will be used to.In this way,it could reduce the risk of on-site damage;
5. If metal sheets couldn't be used in short time,please don't make the packages in good status,and stack in clean and dry place to avoid water.
