1. Bondek instruction:
• YX51-200-600 is a composite steel flooring sheets,which is used for multi-storey steel and concrete buildings;
• YX51-200-600 could be fast and simple construction. The construction speed of erection results could save at least 50% labour cost;
• YX51-200-600 could be available for most floor support systems;
• YX51-200-600 is made by galvanised steel sheet,and it's available in 0.75 mm, 0.90 mm, 1.00 mm and 1.20 mm thickness;
• YX51-200-600 has been fire tested and qualified for a rating of 120 minutes;
• Our floor decking sheets has been assessed and certified complying with ISO 9002 Quality Management Systems.

4. Joint way for concrete deck:
This drawing is to show the joint way of YX51-200-600,it's male and female joint way.
5. Bondek fire resistant performance :
Our fire test report is showing that:YX51-200-600 has some capacity in fire resistant for 120 min.The effective zone of our floor decking sheet is mainly concentrated in top flanges of steel profile. And Lap joints is fully casted in concrete contribute more than dovetail ribs.
6. Decking sheet packing & loading:
There are two kinds of packing way for decking sheets,please check as follows:
1) Welded steel frame packaging:
Packing with welded steel frames,could protect decking sheets in good status from squeezing each other,when shipping.And this will need extra packing cost.
2) Steel strips packaging:
Packing with steel strips in bundles,and then loading.This could also protect bondek sheets from squeezing each other,when shipping.
