The clean plate can adopt rock wood, the glass cotton, paper honeycomb, tao aluminum plate,glass magnesium board paper honeycomb,seven core material including, color steel plate galvanized sheet plate, aluminum zinc plate, stainless steel, printing steel plate, aluminum foil, PVC, plywood etc more than ten kinds of coated materials, more than 20 kinds of board type composite board.
Paper honeycomb insulated wall panel is a lightweight composite building material consisting of a hexagonal paper core sandwiched between two rigid facing layers (typically metal, plywood, or fiberglass). The honeycomb structure mimics natural engineering principles, creating exceptional strength-to-weight ratios while providing superior thermal and acoustic insulation properties.
These panels are manufactured through an expansion process where kraft paper is adhesively bonded into a cellular matrix, then laminated with protective surface materials. The air pockets within the honeycomb core deliver outstanding R-values, making them ideal for temperature-controlled environments like cold storage, clean rooms, and modular buildings.
