Production:
PPGI (prepainted galvanized steel) is also known as pre-coated steel,color coated steel, coil coated steel, color coated steel,pre pianted steel sheet. The PPGI steel coil/sheet made of cold-rolled steel sheet and galvanized steel sheet, with surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), coated in a continuous manner, and baked and cooled to form a product.
Features:
Coated steel has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed.
Applications:
It provides a new type of raw materials for the construction industry, shipbuilding industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, home appliance industry, electrical industry, etc.

There are two color coated steel coils production lines in our factory. We never modulate paint by ourselves and and buy paint from Nippon paint,Kcc or Wuxi Wanbo. They are all top brands in this industry. With professional and responsible attitude,we have confidence to offer you best quality color coated steel coils.
Packing & Delivery:
☆ Packing:
All steel coils from Yumisteel will be well packed as follows.
☆ One layer of Mildew paper and one layer of moisture-proof kraft paper to protect the steel coils.
☆ One 3.5cm thick kraft paper loops inside,and connected with mildew paper and of moisture-proof kraft paper to make sure the steel coils are well protected.
☆ Then again one layer of steel sheet on the surface and tighted with steel strips.
☆ When loading,we put mildewproof bags in the container.
☆ Delivery:
Delivery time for regular sizes: 15-20 days ;
Delivery time for special sizes: 25-30 days ;
Delivery term: FOB/CIF/CFR/DDP is available;
We can find good forwarder for customer or accept appointed forwarder from customers.
