1.Overview:

Z purlins are rustless and lightweight construction material,which are produced by roll forming and mainly used as roof purlins, but also as secondary girders.
Z profile forms particularly aiming at the optimization of the carrying capacity values render the exceptionally favorable weight / capacity ratio of these construction elements.It can be produced in an infinite variation, ranging from the smallest to the largest possible profile type, and in different overall heights.
 

2.Product application:
 

As Roof purlins:Z purlins could be used in single or double span arrangement,which is good for heavy bay end sleeved and butted systems.The design of Z metal purlins' range could make sure flexibility,so that could be well attached to other cold rolled products and corrugated steel sheets,also steel sandwich panels.It's often used in large slope roof system.
As Side rails or Sheeting rails:Z sections could be used as side rails to attached with wall claddings or wall sandwich panels or other kinds of wall type,which simplifies the specifying and ordering process.
