Product Introduction
Polystyrene Sandwich Panel, usually called EPS Sandwich Panel, comprised of prepainted steel sheets continuously laminated over a fire retardant treated Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core. The EPS core, whilst having a fire retardant additive is not fire rated.
EPS Sandwich Panel can be used in horizontal or vertical applications and with a range of colour, joint and profile options, it can meet the functional and aesthetic requirements demanded by a variety of facilities such as Sports Centres, Commercial premises, Offices, Warehouse and Factories.

Product application and joint sites
Sandwich panels are used in facades, partition walls and ceilings. The most typical applications include industrial, office and commercial buildings, sports halls, warehouses and power plants. The panels are also suitable for food industry construction and demanding clean room applications. Sandwich panels are cost-efficient prefabricated elements that consists of an inner insulation core between two colour-coated steel sheet layers. The insulating core can be polystyrene (EPS), polyurethane(PU),PROPOR and rockwool(mineral wool).
It can be used in various roofs and walls referring to the large size factory buildings, storages, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, workshop, perfab houses, container houses, etc.

·Seaworthy packing standards:
PVC on both sides to protect the roof panel surfaces;
Packed with kraft paper to protect the panel ends;
Put EPS foam on the each space to keep the panels from squeezing each other.
