1.Z purlin product process:
1)Material preparation:Usually our steel material standards of Z purlin is Chinese standards Q195/235/345,we could also make as per your steel standards;
2)Hole pre-punched:If you have hole punching requirement,we could exactly punch the holes as per your requirements;
3)Cutting:Length could be any customized size,but it will be limited by container size,it's max 5.8meters for 20FT container and 11.8meters for 40FT container;
4)Quality inspection:We have QC people in workshop to do quality inspection,to ensure the product quality for customers.

4.Benefits of using Z purlins:
- Saving about 40-50% weight of structural steel,and 25-30% in costs when compared to hot rolled sections;
- We have a wide range of sections for your better and economical selection.Steel purlin erection is easier than conventional one;
- Excellent cross-section performance and high strength;
- Through the cold-formed purlins, although the section size is light, it is very suitable for the stress characteristics of the roof purlins, so that the mechanical properties of the steel can be utilized by light;
- A variety of accessories can be connected into different combinations, beautiful appearance, the use of steel purlins, can reduce the weight of roof system.
5.Material tolerances of Z galvanized purlins:
Profile Tolerances:
Depth: ±2mm
Flange width: ±2mm
Overall length: ±6mm for Z sections
Hole centres: ±1.5mm
Camber: Up to 1 in 500 depending on length. (Camber is the variation from straightness in the plane of the web.)
Bow: Up to 1 in 300 depending on length. (Bow is the variation from straightness in a plane perpendicular to the web.)

- Use the lesser value. S is the purlin spacing.

6.Holes& Cleats of galvanised Z purlins:
Hole punching of Zee purlins could be customized or as per GB standards in China.For special projects,the size of holes,and number of holes and gauge lines could be modified by negotiation.These projects will be subject to minimum order quantities and extended lead time.
