EPS sandwich panels
Polystyrene Sandwich Panel, usually called EPS sandwich panel, comprised of prepainted steel sheets continuously laminted over a fire retardant treated Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) core.It is a heat-insulating sandwich panel composed of color-coated steel plates as the surface layer, self-extinguishing foam plastic as the sandwich material, and compounded by a specific production process.The core material is divided into polystyrene foam, polyurethane, rock wool and so on. No matter what kind of sandwich panel has the characteristics of "three in one" work together. The color-coated steel plate has the advantages of high strength, good waterproof, anti-corrosion, bright color, etc., and the foam plastic has light weight, excellent thermal insulation performance, and can withstand a certain shear force. Therefore, sandwich panels are very ideal building materials for large-span building roofs.
