2.Wall sandwich panels material description:

☆ Surface sheets:

PPGI / PPGL steel sheets:
It's prepainted galvanized or alu-zinc steel sheets and it can have various color for choices.To adjust different kinds of environments,you can choose the related coating types.Here are PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF coatings for choices.You can also refer to our company news for coating type instructions.Thickness range: 0.40 - 0.70 mm.

Aluminum sheets:
We can also make the surface sheets with color aluminum sheets,and it can also have various colors for choices,too.And rust prevention performance is much better than PPGI/PPGL steel sheets.Thickness range: 0.60 - 1.20 mm.

Stainless steel sheets:
Usually customer only choose one side with 304 stainless steels.Stainless steel sheets are very suitable for the inside environment with high humidity,for example slaughter plant.And we advise to make corrugated ribs on surface sheets to avoid to much shinning by stainless steel sheet.Thickness range: 0.40 - 0.60 mm.

☆ Core material:

Sealing end:PUR/PIR
It can be PUR or PIR material on the sealing end.Our PUR,PIR material suppliers are top ranked in China,in this way,we can make sure good quality on panels.

Rockwool:
We require at least choose rockwool density in 110 KG/M³,to make sure panel in good strength.

3.Panel features:

5.Packing & Loading:

☆ Packing:
→ Sandwich panels will be sealed with PVC film to protect the surface steel sheets from damage;
→ Using our PU sandwich panels packing machine,and packing with nylon to make panels in suitable quantity and bundles;

→ After finishing the packing,we will stack them in neat and dry place,also will put sleeper or foam as support,to avoid any water on the groud to break the panels;


☆ Loading:
→ The delivery time for Yumi steel sandwich panels is depending on seasons and thickness of panels;
→ Each delivery is depending on where to deliver,if it's for domestic market,it will be transported by truck.If it's for foreign market,panels will be loaded in containers and delivered;
→ Loading and carrying surfaces in trucks or containers must be clean and dry. No nails or other sharp objects are allowed to be appeared in truck or containers. If any accessories,which is considering as protruding objects,then they have to be properly secured (should be packed with wooden blocks or waste foam), to avoid damage to the panels.
