1.C profile product features:

C channel are made from high-tensile&high-strength GI steel strips,which processing way is cold rolled,this kind of product has the following features:

1. Compare to hot rolled purlins,cold rolled steel purlins could save up to 35-40% in weight,that's why we all said this product is lightweight,and lightweight features make construction easier;
2. It's economy,because truss spacing can be increased,hence less numbers of trusses columns and foundation work resulting;
3. C structural purlins could be supplied in required lengths with pre-punched holes.So it make reduction in constrained time and cost in fabrication & erection and no wastage at construction site;
4. C Purlins' erection is much more easier than others.
5. Because of process of cold roll forming,the tolerances on sectional dimensions is very small,which makes good performance in building construction;

2.Cold rolled purlins product process:

C purlin production process has three stages,material preparation and equipment preparation and processing.
Material preparation:The related specs of GI steel strips will be prepared and loaded on equipment;
Equipment preparation:Our workshop manager will check and adjust the equipment to make sure the C steel purlin equipment is in correct status for production;
Processing:This is including holes pre-punching,cold rolled,cutting as per required length,and stack in proper position and well protected,then finally quality inspection by our QC people.
 

3.Punching for C channel:
 

According to design and requirements, stamping equipment can be used online and offline,and holes punching could be customized.
We are equipped with a complete system of hydraulic presses with a capacity of up to 100 tons and can perform any type of stamping such as rounding and grooving.
