Fireproof rockwool wall panels for steel buildings

1.Have you ever had problem on rockwool sandwich panels container unloading?

There is one rockwool sandwich panels unloading problem that is mentioned by our Bangladesh customer.They used to buy rockwool panels from other supplier.But because the supplier couldn't put forward for one unloading solution,and finally it caused a lot of rockwool panels were broken and can't be used in the buildings.
When customer came to us,Yumi steel packing and loading department solved unloading problem perfectly.
Here is our unloading instruction for your reference.



Except the unloading way we mentioned above,we also suggest to use open top 40FT container to load the sandwich panels.We can pack rockwool insulated panels in bundle,and put shelf under the rockwool panel and sling to be around the bundle.When goods arrived in your project site,then you only need to open the top of container.And use crane to hook the sling.It's easily to get sandwich panels out,without any damage to the steel sandwich panels.

5.How to cut insulated panels and flashings?

☆ Suitable tool:
Use a clean tooth blade saw to cut the metal sandwich panels;
Use angle grinders to avoid panel guarantee;
Use hand snips to cut steel flashings.
☆ Keep clean:
Please remove all metal scrap,after cutting,to avoid metal panel getting rusty.
Please prevent sparks and filings from falling onto other panels.
