☆ Corrosion Resistance
Zn-Al-Mg-coated steel contains aluminum (Al), magnesium (Mg), and zinc (Zn) alloys, significantly enhancing corrosion resistance-5-10 times stronger than traditional galvanized steel. With a lifespan of up to 50 years, its dense internal structure resists external impacts, ensuring long-term stability for PV walkway plates.
☆ Self-Healing Property
When scratched or cut, the Zn-Al-Mg coating forms a protective layer composed of zinc hydroxide, basic zinc chloride, and magnesium hydroxide. This dense, highly adhesive film isolates exposed areas from corrosive elements, preventing further degradation.
☆ Extended Lifespan
Thanks to its 5-10x better corrosion resistance and self-repair capability, Zn-Al-Mg PV walkway plates can last 30+ years-far outperforming standard galvanized steel.
☆ Excellent Workability
The Zn-Al-Mg coating is denser and harder (2x harder than regular steel), reducing peeling during stamping, bending, or pressing. Its wear-resistant surface minimizes scratches during fabrication.
Zn-Al-Mg PV Walkway are ideal for large-scale solar farms, PV carports, distributed PV projects (rooftops/canopies), solar greenhouses, industrial/commercial color steel roofs, and parking shed systems. Ensures safe access and panel protection across all solar installations.
☆ Packing
Seaworthy packing standards:
1) All the steel roof sheets will be sealed with PVC film to protect the surface coating from damage;
2) For export packing standards:Our factory is usually using kraft paper as first layer to pack the steel sheets.Then use steel piece and sheets as second layer to make sure all the roof steel walkway are in good status before unloading.
3) After finishing the packing,we will put sleeper or foam or steel purlins as support in clean place,and then stack them in safe area, to avoid any damage problem before shipping.

Delivery time for special colors,coating types and thickness: 15-25 days ;
Delivery term: FOB/CIF/CFR/DDP is available;
