50mm EPS sandwich wall panels is regular used as partition,it's lightweight and easily to be lifted and installed,and popularly used in some steel buildings,like temporary offices at construction site,economical perfab container houses,etc.Also the price of wall EPS panels is very economical,which makes it widely used for sanctuary.
 

2.EPS insulated wall panel joint ways:
 

1)Common type:

There will a little bit space during the jointed of foam wall insulated panels,but this type is with steel latice strips,which could make the panel strength more better.At the same time,the price of this insulated panels is much more competitive.

 

2)Z lock type:

This kind of panel joint way is popular in Australia,it reduce the steel latice strips and no space joint way,which makes it more people would like to use this type.

5.Wall panel installation notes:

1. Wall insulated panel packages must be unloaded near installation site,so that it could avoid additional relocation of wall panels.;
2. EPS panel packages should be stacked with male joint towards the building,in order to avoid additional turning of panels,when installation;
3. EPS wall sandwich panels should be lifted from the package,it is not allowed to push or pull them,because there will have quality problem caused by human push or pull.
4. Please don't place any other loads or objects on wall panel packages;
5. Wall insulated panels are installed having regard to producer's recommendations and in accordance with installation drawings.

 

6.Packing&Container loading:

All sandwich panels from Yumi,we will all use plastic film to protect the surface of sandwich panels.And this plastic film could also protect panels from shacking,during shipping.When loading,we will protect the surface won't be broken,after all panels loaded,we will also put some foam in the space between two rows of sandwich panels to avoid strong shaking,when shipping.
