25mm Z lock EPS sandwich panels is what we newly developed for saving cost of building construction,which is combined by steel sheets and expanded polystyrene,and can be in different color to meet customers' different requirement.This kind of Steel polystyrene sandwich panels is also called precast sandwich panel,it's combined by steel sheets on two sides and EPS as core material.Using EPS core material could make sandwich panels in lightweight and easily lifted and installed.

EPS insulated sandwich panels is mainly used as external wall panels for perfab buildings,for example container houses,temporary office,mobile houses,steel warehouse,storage boxes,etc.We could offer you installation instruction.

Packing & Delivery

Our sandwich panels is protected with PVC film,to avoid panel damage on surface.For loading we will put foam between insulated panels to protect panels' collision.
For site storage,please check as follows:

1. Outdoor storage should not exceed two months,otherwise it will have bad effects on steel sandwich panels' quality and appearance;
2. The insulated sandwich panel bundles shall be stacked with a slight slope,in order to make water drip off the panels.Plastic film on both ends of panels shall be removed to achieve ventilation.Then all insulation sandwich panels bundles shall be covered with waterproof cloth;
3. The place where the panels are stacked and stored shall be smooth,clean and dry without water.Especially no water enter the rock wool sandwich panels,otherwise panels will be broken.Because rock wool is one kind of steel panels that must be leave without water;
4. The NO. Of panel bundles stacked together can't be exceeded 2 packages,and should not last over 30days,in order to make sure metal panels are in good status before installation.

Our regular color for EPS foam sandwich panels is as above color swatches,color range is including White grey, Silver grey, White sliver grey, Iron grey , Dark grey, Sea blue.
Warmly welcome you to choose which color will be suitable for your project.Also if you didn't require for special coating type,like PVDF,HDP,SMP coating,we could accept 500 meters per color as minimum order quantity.
